My Personality is Hanbing Culture-Influenced Almond
My personality is almond that immensely popular in Hanbing culture. I got my self-identity in permanent exhibition information in Jiu Zhen Nan Han Pastry Cultural Concept Store, Kaohsiung City-Taiwan (Republic of China) on August 20th, 2020. "Alhamdulillah, I found my personality fit with my happiness in the digital age". I love pastry so much. My mother guided me on how to make pastry since my childhood. Almond cake is vegetarian and this product contains milk and egg meet with my halal dietary. This product origin is carefully selected natural anhydrous butter that perfectly complements the crunchy walnuts. The dough is placed into molds and then skillfully baked in low heat. The crunchy inside and the soft outside makes this an unforgettable snack. I visited this cultural concept store because I joined in "The Taste of Taiwan" English Summer Program. The program was a part "Call for Challengers" (Glocalization and Future Higher Education Summer Trilogy) and organized by Si Wan College NSYSU (National Sun Yat-sen University), Kaohsiung-Taiwan.
In this cultural concept store, I had experienced in the five senses experience of Han Cake Culture Small Tour.
Masya Allah, Hanbing Cultural Center brought me to the most extreme experience. Through vision, smell, touch, hearing, and taste, I deeply understood Hanbing culture and Hanbing aesthetics appeared from their products packaging! Alhamdulillah. A full experience of Hanbing culture, it was fun, delicious, and good to shoot! I did DIY hand-made Chinese biscuits guided by patient instructor of the Hanbing cultural ambassador. Anyone can make delicious Hanbing by themselves! Hot and scented, the temptation was irresistible! I called this products were healthy food and Muslims-friendly. The company's mission was to produce pure natural products without additives. The company never adds preservatives, removes hydrogenated oil, artificial sweeteners, and reduces salt (to prevent high blood pressure).
In this cultural concept store, I also decorated the pastry with the symbol of my campus (i.e., National Sun Yat-sen University). I trust to vegetarian products of Jiu Zhen Nan because they obtained the ISO22000 management system to guard their customers' health and keep their promise of offering the freshest products. This cultural concept store keeps the cake molds since the beginning. This cake is like a circle of love that connects emotions and marriage. There was a hidden meaning behind Hanbing's mold pattern. In the past, large and heavy cakes were carried to the bride's house in a basket. The heavier cake, the more luxurious and proud the wedding will be. One of Taiwan's upper families with a good reputation for ever ordering cakes from this cultural concept store. My other favorite cake mold pattern is flowers that fit with my literal name meaning, "the shadow of the heaven flower".
